Important tips to make your chat more
enjoyable.
These apply to
both customers and readers.
- Reboot your computer before logging on for your chat session.
- If you have call waiting, disable it during your chat session. Usually, this is done through inserting "*70," in the dialing string.
- Close unnecessary applications to free up memory. (This means close all windows except your Browser's and the Chat Room's)
- Empty your browser's cache and Re-boot before the chat
session.
- Netscape: Choose "Options" than "Network Preferences" then click on "empty cache".
- AOL: Locate Aol's main folder and after opening it locate "cache"- highlite or select all files contained within and then hit delete.
- If the chat interface seems to "freeze", click the REFRESH button on the chat room's bottom control bar.
- In the unlikely event that a party "disappears" or stops responding, please stay in the room for at least a few minutes to see if they return. If the session ends abruptly and does not resume, send email to us immediately! We will re-schedule your session or finish it via email
I. Explorer: Click on "View", then "options", then "Advanced" look for field that talks about "Temporary Internet Files" Click on "remove' or "empty"

- If you have no preference for a particular Reader, go directly to the Order Forms Page first- and choose the link to either the Chat Order Form or the Email Order Form, depending on your preference.
- Fill out all the required fields on the order form and if you are ordering a Chat Reading make sure to enter the name you wish the Reader to know you as (this is optional). Then submit the form by hitting the "Send Order" button.
- If paying over the Internet follow the link to the payment page.
- After submitting your order form- watch for a confirmation sent via email. If you ordered a Chat Session, follow the easy directions to the designated "room" & time detailed in the email confirmation.

I-Ching (The Book of Changes) is the ancient Chinese divination method
of throwing coins or inscribed tortoise shells (that's how they use to do it!)

Western world during our generation.
Rune Casting
Similar to I- Ching is the ancient Nordic method of Divination and language
that uses the choosing or "casting" (throwing) of stones with letters on them-
each letter has its own name and particular meaning. With these engraved stones
one can tell about love, prosperity, health, advice and true destiny from
"pulling" one or more stones for the Querrent. There is much lore and deep
spiritual meaning behind each stone and the art of Rune Casting. Some believe

energy as soon as you touch or even glance at the interestingly engraved
